Who We Are
Men Helping Men Be Men
Iron Sharpens Iron – What better way than to spend some time than with the guys telling stories, being accountable and helping each other be the spiritual leaders of their households?
When do we meet?
Covid has changed how and when we meet. Please contact Doug Lake to stay up to date on our latest meetings.
Things we do:
Book studies, skeet shoot, axe throw, shovel walkways for the needy, haul wood, and go to men’s breakfasts.
Want to hang out with the guys and serve our community?
Everyone is welcome to help with our wood chucking ministry, Wood chucking is an opportunity to chop wood and stack it for people in need.
One-On-One
Do you have some questions? Want to study the bible but not sure if the men’s night is in your comfort zone? Why not let us know what you’re interested in and we accommodate you!
Men mentoring men in a comfortable and relaxed environment with a coffee and a bible is a great way to go about getting questions answered and learning more.
The ball is in your court. We are game to help.
Connect With Someone
Starting them young…
Being a Godly and respectful man isn’t only for our own spiritual health, but it also impacts the
little ones looking up to us.
Here is a video of a “wood chucking” job in Port Greville where Oliver Adshade (3 years old) is helping the Open Arms men split, haul and stack wood for someone in need.
